NDP Balloting

If you want to watch the National Day Parade, balloting for tickets are now open. Do it online, by phone or by sms, or just watch the webcast on the day itself. The theme for this year’s parade is “Celebrate Singapore: City of Possibilities”. It reflects optimism and pride as Singaporeans from all walks of life come together to celebrate our nation’s independence.

There will be 2 shows that you may ballot for: the Preview Show on 28 July 2007, or the NDP on 9 August 2007.

To send in an application for tickets via SMS, key in either NDP or PREVIEW NRIC number (including prefix and suffic) and SC (if you are a Singaporean) or PR (if you are a Singaporean Permanent Resident).

For 2 tickets, send the SMS to 42422
For 4 tickets, send the SMS to 42424
For 6 tickets, send the SMS to 42426

Alternatively, you may call in at 1900-11204242 (for the Preview Show), or 1900-112-4243 (for the NDP). A fee of $0.20 will be charged for each phone application. Application cannot be made through a prepaid mobile phone card, or internet phones.

You may also log on to www.ndp.org.sg to book your tickets.

The application for tickets are from 19 May 2007 to 28 May 2007. Each person is entitled to only one application. Successful applicants will be notified by telephone between 10 June 2007 and 19 June 2007. Tickets can be collected at Marina Square (link bridge atrium, level 2) from 23 June to 2 July 2007 between 10am and 8pm daily.
